Site Appraisals – Estimation of potential engineering and construction problems based on preliminary investigation.

Subsurface Investigations – Drilling and sampling and coring, insitu testing,
laboratory testing, analyses, and reports for foundations, dams, caverns and site development.

Consulting Services – Design recommendation relative to all types of
foundations, earthwork, pavements, dams, embankments, tunnels, mines, caverns, natural slopes, and other problems related to soil or rock.

Review Services – Review of plans and specifications related to
geotechnical engineering aspects of the project to ensure agreement between contract documents and our reports with any addendums.

Monitoring Services – Select and place devices such as settlement gauges,
piezometers, and other instrumentation to monitor slopes, tunnels, excavations, openings, fills and other construction related works; and to analyze and report the results of the monitoring.

Quality Control of Construction – Testing and inspection of earthwork,
subsurface drainage, footing excavations, pier excavations, pile driving, retaining structures; and reports of as-constructed conditions.

Construction Contractor Services – Design and inspection of temporary
excavation slopes, temporary retaining structures such as braced walls, slurry trenches, or tie-back walls, and monitoring of adjacent structures or slopes.

Forensic Studies – Appraisal of damage to existing structures or those under
construction as to cause and possible remedial action. Expert witness service for depositions and testimony.

Environmental Services – Laboratory permeability tests; tests on contaminated samples; Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments; Leaking Underground Storage Tanks; Laboratory Stabilization Studies.
