Consulting Services – Design recommendation changes relative to foundations, earthwork, pavements, and site development to comply with building design changes.

Review Services – Review of plans and specifications relative to foundations,
earthwork, pavements, and site development prior to bidding or contract negotiations to ensure agreement with geotechnical engineering reports and addendums.

Quality Control and Inspection of Construction – Earthwork, subsurface
drainage, footing excavations, retaining structures, piling, drilled piers, and pavements; concrete used in foundation and retaining structures; and reports of as-constructed conditions.

Construction Contractor Services – Design and inspection of excavation
slopes, loading tests, temporary retaining structures such as braced walls or tie-back walls, and monitoring of adjacent structures or slopes.

Forensic Studies – Appraisal of damage to existing structures and
